Shipping and delivery

General

Orders are packed in bulk and sent out once or twice a week! Since I'm doing it solo there may be delays but I will do my best to get your order to you as soon as possible!

If you suspect your package got lost please reach out to me via the contact form and be sure to include your order number so I can assist you! In general have no problem replacing a lost item.

I am happy to provide updates on your order if it's taking a little longer than expected!

Preorders

Preorders can take around 1-2 months depending on the item. I will typically do preorders for any merchandise that needs to be manufactured so I can be sure I don't order too little or too much stock! The process is as follows:

  1. I post the listing for the item and collect orders within the listed dates
  2. After the end of the pre-order I purchase stock from my manufacturer
  3. Merch get manufactured and delivered to me (this process varies per item. for example, mousepads take around 4-5 weeks to manufacture and get delivered to me.)
  4. I ship out the preorders in bulk

Country Specific Shipping Policies

Canada:

Please be aware that shipping to Canada is especially tricky due to CApost going on strike frequently. Most of the packages that get lost or returned to sender come from Canada. Please be mindful when ordering!

Mexico:

Please include your Recipient Tax ID in the notes of your order
